The bar at Harveys Cellars

The main restaurant contains a stunning illuminated island bar where you can sit and browse the bespoke wine list or extensive cocktail menu.

The "signature serve" of Harveys Bristol Cream & poured over ice and flamed with orange zest to release the citrus oils into the sherry is a must-try. The tapas menu has been cleverly designed to complement the selection of Harveys sherries and all dishes are cooked fresh on the premises using local ingredients wherever possible

 

 

Start your epicurean adventure with some lightly spiced roasted almonds and lustrous olives accompanied by boquerones (anchovies).

The melt-in-the-mouth chorizo braised in red wine, herbs and garlic is unmissable, as is the house sherry fruit trifle served in a Martini glass. If you aren't sure which sherry to try with which tapas, then hop on board a Harveys Cellar sherry flight and let the experts pair the flavours for you. Half-flights are available at £20 per person and the full flight can be experienced for £40 p/person.
